Eye Candy Optical LLC (“Eye Candy Optical,” “we”) provides eye exams and eyewear at our stores in Beachwood and Westlake, Ohio, and operates this website. Information about your eye exams, prescriptions, eye health and insurance is protected health information under the federal HIPAA privacy rules.
